Brenda Burman

On Thursday, Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner, Brenda Burman, will detail all that was accomplished by the players in the Colorado River Basin this year, during her welcome keynote. The Upper and Lower basin states all deserve a pat on the back for agreeing the their drought contingency plans. Also, USBR release the Tribal Basin Water Study that quantifies future water needs by the Ten Tribes that share the Colorado River with the seven U.S. states and Mexico.

Collaboration is the name of the game now on the River along with honoring and respecting the hydrological and climate science that is informing decision makers.
