Taylor is the Colorado River Program Director for The Nature Conservancy. The Program’s goal is to conserve the freshwater biodiversity of the Colorado River Basin while also meeting community needs for water. Taylor has worked on Colorado River issues for more than twenty-five years. Taylor has served on numerous boards and commissions and has testified before Congressional committees on Colorado River matters. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Taylor received a B.A. in political science from University of North Carolina and her Juris Doctorate degree from Vermont Law School.
