Say hello to Aubrey Bettencourt! She is one of the speakers for the “Dispelling Water Management Misconceptions” session at the 2025 CRWUA Conference December 16-18, 2025 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
She serves as Chief of the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). Aubrey most recently served as the Global Director of Government Relations and External Affairs for Netafim, an Orbia Company. Her previous roles include serving as President and CEO of the Almond Alliance and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of the Interior in the first Trump Administration. Aubrey holds a degree in History from Westmont College.
