She is the first Executive Director of the newly formed Colorado River Authority of Utah (“Authority”). Previously, Amy worked as the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Upper Colorado River Commission. Before joining Commission staff, Amy was both General Counsel and Acting Director of the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission. From March 2015 through May 2017, Amy served as New Mexico’s Upper Colorado River Commissioner and the Governor’s Basin States Representative (Principal). Amy began her career in New Mexico over two decades ago as an attorney in private practice, concentrating on water and land use law.
